The majority of finishing companies do not employ own assemblers and thus have degenerated to mere middlemen which start screening the market for the cheapest subcontractors once they have gained the contract. The consequence of which is a high risk of bad execution quality.

On-site supervisors and at least one team of skilled craftsmen, ranging from 2 to 6 assemblymen, are longstanding employees of our company. We additionally employ subcontractors whom we either train personally or who have worked for us and have completed their master’s certificate here. This way we know that we are working with highly qualified subcontractors. Moreover we send our subcontractors to training sessions and seminars, and we supervise them just like our own technicians.
